With more than 20 years of experience in athletics and fitness competitively, I have designed plans for people from all walks of life.
I specialise in designing individual workout, fitness , athletic and personalised goal programs each customised and tailored to the individual’s fitness goals.
My passion for sports started over 25 years ago at the age of 14 with interests in athletics, soccer, basketball and volleyball.
I excelled mostly in athletics in my latter years specialising in Triple and Long Jump which I still currently compete in. I have been a New Zealand Champion in Triple Jump in the past and have always had a passion for sports from a young age.
Still sharing the same passion of 25 years ago, other than being an athlete I am also a personal trainer, athletics coach, online personal trainer and a motivational speaker.
Alongside personal training, I also provide and enjoy group training, speed training for team sports and run outdoor bootcamps across Auckland.
